Q: What is VB Tools?
A: VB Tools is a division of Visual Blaze, a unique and fun Web development company based in Fishers, Indiana just north of Indianapolis. Tool development began as the result of solving the frustrations Visual Blaze and their clients had. From there, opportunities to do more became apparent and VB Tools was born.
Q: How does the 14 Day Free Trial work?
A: Simple. Sign up for NameTag. If you aren't happy, before the 14th day, go into your account profile and cancel. That's it!
Q: What do I do if I have questions?
A: Easy, just use the contact form and we'll get right back to you.
Q: Do I have to "subscribe"?
A: Yup. VB Tool is a service so you subscribe like you would any other service. Each month you'll be charged for the next month's use. You can cancel at any time and once the current month has expired you will no longer have access to that Tool.
Q: Do VB Tools have to be installed?
A: Depending on the Tool you're using. Some require a simple tracking code to be added to the pages you want to track and don't worry, we'll show you how. Others like Perfection just need the URL of your site. See the individual Tool FAQ's for more details.
Q: Can I incorporate the Tools' results into a custom report?
A: Sure. You can download the Tool output in CSV, XML and JSON file formats.
Q: How do I update my credit card information?
A: Just sign into VB Tools and select "profile" from the dropdown under your user name in the top right of your dashboard.
